Events at Mindtaker!
Mindtaker Miniatures loves to host local gaming, community and hobby events. Whether you want to get a game in with your buddy or host 20 of your friends for a tournament, league or party, we’re the place.
Open Gaming
All open gaming and hobby events are $5/per person for the day. This includes access to the tables, terrain, hobby supplies and great space!
Rental Room
The private rental room is $10/hour and includes the tables, space, access to terrain, games and hobby supplies. This is a perfect space for a party, RPG group or other event.
Full-Day Tournament / Event
Full-day tournaments and events start at $15 per person for the day. This includes access to up to 12 tables in space, terrain, hobby supplies and more. Prize support is provided by the store as part of this package.
Full-Day Tournament / Event with Lunch
These are $20 per person for the day. This includes access to up to 12 tables in space, terrain, hobby supplies and a pizza lunch delivered by the staff. Prize support is provided by the store as part of this package.

Absolutely! We love to have folks run tournaments . Look above at our options for the space and reach out to talk with a Mindtaker about the event you’d like to run. Make sure to check our calendar and find an open time.
Of course! Our private room is perfect for D&D and RPG groups. It is a private space with plenty of room for even the largest party to stretch out and play. Check our calendar for an open time and reach out to a Mindtaker to schedule a game
Check our calendar for big events, but, in general, if we’re open, you can come in and setup a game. Keep in mind that each participant must pay our $5 open gaming fee for the day (unless it is their first time playing and then it is free).
Absolutely. As part of our open gaming program, you have access to all of our paints, hobby tools and space to assemble, paint or simply hang out and work on your models.
