- SHIPPING PROBLEMS / SHIPPING TOO HIGH? Due to the unique nature of the items we sell, shipping can sometimes be complicated. If a shipping quote looks incorrect, please let us know so that we can work with you to find a better solution.
- LOCAL PICKUP: Choose ‘Local Pickup’ during checkout and select the location you would like to pickup at. We are usually available at:
- BOOKS: If you would like to use Media Mail (cheaper shipping for books) and are in the US, please submit an order with just books.
- You can then submit a different order for anything that does not use Media Mail.
- CASH ON PICKUP: You may choose ‘Cash on Pickup’ as a payment method for local pickup. Please minimize unpaid hold time and arrange to make an electronic payment (Credit Card, Paypal or Venmo) if you will be delayed in picking up.
- Unpaid holds exceeding 7 days may be cancelled and restocked.
- HOLDS: We will hold items for later shipment with payment in full for the items.
- Submit the order with a Shipping Method of ‘Hold for Later Shipment’.
- FLAT RATE SHIPPING: We have enabled flat rate shipping for some items. If used for a single item, this should be fine but when combined with multiple items, this may cause shipping to be inaccurately calculated. In those cases, we will contact you after purchase to charge correct shipping.
